The practice provides Children’s Development Checks in conjunction with the health visitor. You will be sent a card when these are due: please make an appointment as necessary.
All children will be called for vaccination through the computer system run by the Bolton Primary Care Trust. An appointment should be made with one of the nurses. If you need to re-arrange the time – just ring reception and we will find a convenient time for you. If your child has a minor illness when the vaccination is due, it is best to re-arrange if there is a high temperature.
