Qualified Liverpool University Medical School in 1994. She joined the practice in 1998.

Dr Dharmesh Mistry (m)

Qualified at Cambridge University and Guy’s and St. Thomas Medical Schools in 1997. He joined the practice in 2006.

Dr Sheetal Saggar (f)

Qualified at Manchester University in 2005. She joined the practice in August 2010.

Dr Nicholas Pendleton (m)

Qualified at University College London Medical School. He joined the practice in 2013.

Dr Rebecca Oates (f)

Qualified at Manchester University 2006.  She joined the practice in 2013.

Dr Ali Omed (m)

Qualified at Manchester University in 2009.  He joined the practice in April 2015.

Dr Tahera Saleem (f)

Qualified from the University of Karachi in 2002. She joined the practice in 2016.

Dr Sophie Pritchard (f)

Qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2013. She joined the practice as a salaried GP in June 2021.

Dr Rachel Francis (f)

Qualified from the Kings College, London in 2018. She joined the practice as a salaried GP in Sept 2023.

Named Accountable GP

All patients are assigned an accountable GP. Once you are registered if you wish to know who your accountable Doctor is, or you have a preference then please contact the practice, or ask when you are next in the surgery. Your accountable GP will take responsibility for your overall care at the practice, however, this does not affect your right to see any Doctor or Nurse of your choice.

Assistant Practice Manager

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care. The Practice Manager’s aim is to pull together all the various operations into one efficient unit.

Our Community Team

Community Midwives

If you have just found out your pregnant then please ring the antenatal team to book in your midwife care you do not need a doctors appointment to confirm this. Congratulations. Please call 01204 390023.

The midwifery team can be contacted at Oxford Grove Children’s Centre 01204 337090.

Community Nurses

District Nurses are based at the Waters Meeting Health Centre, 95 Waters Meeting Rd, Bolton BL1 8TT where they run a dressings clinic.

We have a team of nurses attached to the practice who work closely with the doctors and will visit patients in their homes if you are housebound.

They can be contacted via the surgery or directly by telephoning 01204 463020.

Health Visitors

The health visitors are available to give expert advice and support for pre-school children. They will help to assess the child’s development and general health during the early years. They can be contacted on 01204 463400.
